Over the last few years I’ve been making and compiling long, quiet, calm ambient music to help me sleep, meditate, and generally find calm.
This playlist is one that I made for myself, and one that I’ve been listening to a lot since the start of the pandemic.
Its goal is simple; to help create calm. and to decrease anxiety.
