Moby will release the much anticipated follow up to his multi-award winning and ten million selling album “”Play”” in May of 2002. The new album is titled “”18″”.
Moby explains the title: “”In addition to the record being called “”18″” because there are 18 songs on it, there are other more obscure reasons for it being called “”18.””
Recorded at Moby’s studio in New York over the last twelve months, the album features 18 brand new tracks as well as some special guest appearances. Moby commenting on the new album said, “”It makes me nervous how much I like this record.””
The first single to be taken from the album, ‘We Are All Made Of Stars,”” is due out in April.
Moby will play live dates throughout 2002 & 2003. Details of his Worldwide tour will follow soon.
