I’m very happy to announce that on September 7 i’ll be releasing the little pine cookbook! Even though i no longer own the restaurant, this is a book of the 100% vegan recipes (INCLUDING THE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES!) that were developed during my time at little pine, from 2016 to 2020. And of course it is my plan to give away any and all profits that I make from the sale of the book. Working to create a world wherein animals are allowed to live their own lives, free from human interference, is my life’s work, and I could never look at veganism as a way to personally profit.
