i have a bunch of friends who live in miami beach and most of them have left, but a few(meacham)are riding their mountain bikes around the deserted streets of south beach.
i really, really hope that florida is ok, for when i look at the radar at the national weather service(yes, that’s what geeks like me do)it looks like frances is just a huge monster of a storm.
