it’s outer-space themed, partially in honor of the remarkable neil armstrong and partially because i’m obsessed with all things outer-space related.
speaking (or, well, ‘writing’) of neil armstrong.
i got to spend a weekend with him last year (and a bunch of other interesting people) in new mexico.
one night we were sitting around a campfire and neil armstrong was talking about the moon landing.
and, i’m not making this up, as he started talking about the moon landing a full moon rose over the horizon behind him.
so i was listening to him talking about the moon landing as a full moon appeared behind him.
i consider myself incredibly fortunate and blessed to have been able to hear first-hand the story of going to the moon from the first person to walk on the moon.
i also consider myself to be fortunate and belssed in that he was such a kind and gracious and decent human being.

p.s – oh, i can’t take any credit for this video, as everything that makes it good was the directors idea. my only involvement was writing the song and asking the director to make a video for me.
