a quick word on veganism and vegetarianism, from a health perspective:
if you’re going to become a vegan or vegetarian please do so wisely. women especially need to be careful because of iron intake. it is possible to get all of the iron that you need from a vegan or vegetarian diet, but you might have to do a little research. oftentimes when women become vegan or vegetarian they can suffer from anemia due to a lack of iron in their new diet. a well rounded vegan or vegetarian diet will provide you with enough iron, but you might have to make an extra effort to include iron rich foods in your diet.
men don’t have to worry about anemia cos we don’t menstruate. in fact some men who eat meat suffer from excessive amounts of iron in their diet.
