too many updates today, i know. mea culpa.
but this is moderately interesting. well, to me at least.
isn’t it an interesting coincidence that a lot of words for god have the ‘ah’ pleasure sound in them?
allah?
yahweh?
god?
buddah?
krishna?
think about it, not too many other names have the ‘ah’ sound in them.
just an interesting coincidence. and it’s certainly a good way to get people to talk about god, by having a pleasurable sound as a syllable in gods name.
maybe one of the things that makes islam so popular is that ‘allah’ has the pleasure sound in it twice? and ‘buddha’ has ‘ooh’ and ‘ah’.
this would be one of those ‘complete waste of time’ updates, by the way.
moderately thought provoking but pretty meaningless.
but fun? maybe? no?
i have a toy hamster that sings ‘kung fu fighting’ and spins a numbchuck.
