now i know that the strokes are very trendy right now, but i have to say that i really do love their record. i first heard it a while ago and it seemed to be quite nice, but the more i listen to it the more it grows on me.
it’s a very sweet record, in a very simple way.
and it reminds me of the feelies and the velvet underground, both of whom i really like. so that’s it.
i like this record a lot. in fact if i had to pick a favourite record of last year i would have to pick the strokes record. it’s such a sweet and nice record.
