so we’ve all seen the footage of 14 hour long traffic jams leading away from the gulf coast.
and we’ve seen the footage of senior citizens and the infirm getting sick from sitting in the heat for so long.
and i’m not an experienced fema worker, but we’ve also seen footage of the ‘inbound’ lanes sitting completely empty…
i mean, call me crazy, but wouldn’t it have made sense to open up a few of the ‘inbound’ lanes to ‘outgoing’ traffic from the gulf coast?
and, call me crazy again, but wouldn’t it have maybe made sense to bring in extra gas for the millions of people who are all fleeing the hurricane?
my faith in the leadership of the u.s has reached an all time low.
when the experts can’t figure out things that are seemingly self-evident then how can we have faith in the experts?
