oh no…
i guess it was inevitable…the heat…the etc…the summer cold/flu.
maybe it’ll go away. dumb cold-flu.
summertime is not the right time for a cold-flu.
wintertime, when it’s stormy and cold, is the appropriate time for a little illness. then you can stay inside and look at the rain and snow on your skylights.
and it sucks, but at least it’s moderately cozy.
being sick in the summer is cloying, not cozy.
oh well, i won’t complain.
while i was away i had my apartment painted and the people who did it did such a good job. i’m impressed. usually when you hire someone to do something you assume that it will be done poorly, if at all. and you always assume that there’ll be complications. but, lo and behold, the painters did a great job in the time that they agreed upon.
i’m impressed by them.
