so, ‘gristle’ is finally released!  and we’re doing some events on the west and east coasts to help draw attention to the fact that the book is out.  here’s a list of the events that we’re doing in: l.a, seattle, portland, nyc, and d.c. hopefully see you soon.  bring cookies and/or questions.  oh, just to be clear, any/all profits from the sale of ‘gristle’ will go to animal welfare organizations. thanks, moby
