so, facebook. there’s a moby facebook page which gets updated almost daily and which i check regularly:

and i also have a personal facebook page which i use to stay in touch with old friends (as it’s important to know whether someone i went to high school with is thinking about reading the newspaper, or has perhaps just made toast).
some people have friended (which is an odd verb) me on my personal facebook page, and i feel guilty hitting the ‘ignore’ button, but my personal facebook page is pretty much only for people i grew up with or have known for a long time. so, i apologize if i ignored your friending request on my little facebook page. please don’t take it personally, as i only use this personal facebook page as a way of finding out about what coffee my high school friends are drinking or whether they’re thinking about taking their dog for a walk (and other very important information, the type of which people share so freely on facebook). i also play lexulous because i’m a pathetic nerd (although i’m playing a game right now wherein i’ve had 5 bingos out of the first 7 moves…i know, sad, but i’m feeling kind of arrogant about it…i mean, 435 points and it’s only the 7th turn? come on, that’s pretty impressive…sigh…time to go put in my pocket protector).
in other news jim webb is in myanmar. jim webb is awesome. maybe i’ll start a ‘jim webb is awesome’ fan site.
