so, even though it’s 2012 i’ve decided to make my list of ‘top 10 tracks from 2011’. here it is.

see, some years i really love subtle, nuanced, introspective electronic dance music. but in 2011 what excited me was electronic dance music that sounded like 1,000 buildings joyfully falling down during the apocalypse.
so, with that criteria, here are my favorite tracks & remixes of 2011. some people call it electro. some people call it it techno. some people call it rave. some people call it edm.

i truly don’t care what it’s called, i just think it sounds amazing at 3 a.m in front of 50,000 people.
