hi,
i just got a new computer, so i’m not sure if i’ll be able to send this journal entry. you would think that after 15 years of making electronic music and working with computers that i would be a little bit more tech-savvy. but no. i know how to work the stuff in my studio, but i’m relatively inept when it comes to anything else even remotely technological. so if you’re reading this then you can assume thati’ve somehow figured out how to use my new computer.
they’re doing construction behind my house, so for the last few days i’ve been woken up to the sound of jackhammers and dumptrucks. that’s fun. but not as bad as damian has it…he has workmen chipping the paint off of the front of his building, so for the last 3 weeks he’s had a bunch of guys banging on the front of his apartment from 8a.m-4pm. pretty soon he’s going to start making paintings of housepainters being disemboweled by rats, i’m sure of it.
