here in nyc it has now been raining torrentially and incessantly for almost a week.
i might not make myself popular in saying this, but it’s great.
it’s not some namby pamby rain that just makes things annoying, but rather it’s this gale force noreaster-y tempest that drives people indoors and makes them do domestic things like sleep and have sex and play scrabble while the wind and rain lash at the windows.
i know, a weather related journal entry.
but this is really cool weather and it is deserving of it’s very own moby.com weather related journal entry.
some people in the greater nyc area might have a different emotional reaction to this awesome unrelenting rain.
if so, i apologize for my enthusiasm and i encourage you to skip work and stay home and sleep and play board games.
