it is cold.
we just stopped at a texaco somewhere between brussels and hamburg.
and it is cold.
and the emails from friends of mine in nyc saying ‘oh, it’s been hot and sunny here!’ don’t help.
tonight we played at forrest national in brussels. this is my 3rd time playing in this venue, i believe. the first time was with the red hot chili peppers and the flaming lips in 1995. and the second time was with soundgarden in 1996. and now on my own.
so that’s nice. it’s still strange to play to 8,000 people and realize that they’re not waiting for someone else to come on stage after me. or maybe they were. was there a tony robbins seminar after my show that i didn’t know about?
and beck and the flaming lips are touring together this autumn?
that should be a good show. i’m sorry i’ll miss it, seeing as i’ll be on tour in europe.
did i mention that it’s cold?
it is.
and let’s debate, cilantro…pro or con?
i say pro.
oh, and i believe that our european brethren refer to cilantro as coriander. is that true?
i love cilantro.
but i have friends who despise it.
so, cilantro. pro or con?
