i know that some of you hate my political updates.
and i know that some of you take offense at the offended and strident tone of my political updates.
but when i look at some of the things that bush & co.
are doing it makes me furious.
i’d like to be more even handed, but when dealing with such ideological extremists as bush & co. i can’t be mild mannered and obsequious.
today, for example, i read an update from the center for american progress proving that the bush administration knowingly let members of the bin laden family and osama bin laden’s associates leave the united states on september 12th 2001 before the fbi or the cia had the chance to question them.
how can any sane person not be offended and outraged by such treasonous behavior, especially as it’s coming from the president of the united states of america?
let’s look at the facts.
osama bin laden, a saudi arabian, runs a terrorist network.
his terrorist network is funded by saudi arabians.
his terrorist network is run and manned by saudi arabians.
on september 11th his terrorist network killed 3,000 innocent people on united states soil.
on september 12th the president of the united states of america allowed osama bin laden’s family members and associates to return to saudi arabia without being questioned by the fbi, cia, or nsa.
keep in mind that there are long standing and well documented links between the bush family and the house of saud and the bin laden family and that both the bushes and the cheney’s have been professionally involved with the house of saud and the bin laden’s.
my 3 questions:
1-why isn’t this information the top headline at every news outlet in the world?
and
2-why aren’t americans calling for a deep and thorough investigation into this?
3-how can any american, republican or not, support president bush after he has knowingly let the associates and family members of the biggest terrorist in the world leave the country after a terrorist attack?
i apologize for my vitriol and my outrage, and criticise me all you like, but this sort of behavior on the part of the president of the united states and his cabinet leaves me stunned.
