oh, we had a small party last night that was so much fun, but i didn’t get to sleep until 7a.m, so now i’m wrecked…very sleepy.
i hadn’t dj’ed in a couple of years, but i went through my old records and played a whole bunch of old rave anthems, which, needless to say, i enjoyed immensely.
sl2, altern8, prodigy, blame, dream frequency, etc. so much fun.
it was a great party, i dj’ed along with oakenfold and ?uestlove from the roots, and i think that carl cox played a few records, but i’m not sure, as it was quite late… and that brandon from incubus…boy do the women love him, what a rock star (and a remarkably nice guy, too).
one thing that’s been really nice about this tour has been getting to know the other musicians and dj’s.
the atmosphere backstage has been great, everyone hanging out together, sitting on picnic benches backstage eating veggiebooty.
well, as today is a day off i should try and get a little bit of work done.
