ok, short list time.
1-i’m headed to miami for ultra, where i’ll be dj’ing with carl cox. last year was great, so i’m excited for this year, as well.
2-i’m a nerd. and as a nerd i’m, uh, enthusiastic about sunday’s family guy where the entire cast of start trek are reunited. i know. i’m a nerd. mea culpa. apparently they all go bowling.
3-tickets for the april 4th radio city show with paul mccartney and eddie vedder and ben harper and me and david lynch and many others sold out in about 1/8th of a second. sorry, i thought that tickets would be available for a while longer. i hope you were able to get tickets.
4-on april 24th i’m doing my first solo electronic/ambient performance at issue project space in brooklyn. it’s a VERY small
venue, and tickets just went on sale, i believe. here’s the link:

there aren’t many tickets, so i assume they’ll sell out pretty quickly.
it seems strange that after making electronic music since 1985(when i had a $20 korg keyboard and a mattel synsonics drum machine and an ibanez analog delay pedal) i’m doing my first ever electronic/ambient performance in 2009. ‘2009’ sounds like the future. i guess it’s the future.
oh, the night will be a fundraiser for issue performance space, hosted by steve buscemi, i believe.
