so, regarding countries ‘devolving’ from a larger state… when pakistan, bangladesh, afghanistan, east timor, kazakhstan, ukraine, georgia, croatia, slovenia, montenegro, latvia, lithuania, bosnia, czech republic, slovakia, hungary, to name a few, decided to go their own autonomous ways the u.s gave it’s active or tacit support/approval.
so there’s, uh, precedence, right?
i mean some countries even go so far as to draft a declaration of independence when they feel the need to, uh, declare their independence.
