i just got a moveon update, saying that on saturday president bush went for a bike ride, took a nap, and did some fishing.
but he couldn’t find the time to meet with cindy sheehan, the mother of a u.s soldier who was killed in iraq. cindy sheehan has been holding a vigil outside of president bush’s home in texas. it’s disgusting that president bush found the time to ride his bike and take a nap, but he couldn’t take 10 minutes to talk to the mother of a dead u.s soldier, even though she was right at his front gate.
