list and random pictures.
– i’m very sleepy. so i don’t know how detailed this list-based update will be.
– hopefully see you sunday at cobbs comedy club in san francisco for the dave hill x-plosion with me and dave and martha plimpton. it’s at 7pm.
– and then thurdsay at le poisson rouge in nyc with lady rizo and the little death. also at 7pm.
– and february 5th with vatican commandos at dragonfly in l.a. later, probably around 9pm.
– and i think that’s all that’s scheduled for now.
– maybe some day i’ll even play one of my own shows again. i love playing music (and or comedy, insofar as one plays comedy)with friends. but i do miss playing my own shows. so, maybe sometime soon.
– i’m headed to nyc for 10 days where it’s, apparently, cold.
– i’m leaving l.a for 10 days where it’s, as i can tell from sticking my head out the door, not cold.
– to wit, pictures of the not cold. and the obligatory hollywood sign picture. but taken from the wilds of l.a. which l.a has a lot of. kind of amazing that it’s a city of 10,000,000 people and you can go horse back riding and see coyotes and rattle snakes.
– the other day, or night, i was looked at by a pack of coyotes. they were checking me out to see if i was potential prey. they chose not to eat me. for which i’m grateful. but it’s still odd to be eyed by a bunch of coyotes as potential food.
