i know that there are some posts on the boards that people find offensive. i wish that there was something i could do, but i’m committed to the idea that the moby.com boards should remain open and uncensored.
my suggestion is for people to ignore posts that they know will bother them or that they know will be offensive.
and if you read a post that you find to be offensive, then don’t respond to it.
people who come to moby.com just to stir things up will leave pretty quickly if no one responds to their negative posts.
but i do feel compelled to maintain the basic ethos of the moby.com boards, which is that everyone’s welcome and everyone’s welcome to write whatever they want to write, even if it’s negative or offensive.
