one of my heroes is an author named john robbins. he wrote a book called ‘diet for a new america’ that is truly remarkable. it looks at the liabilities of an animal product based diet from health, ethical, and environmental perspectives. it’s an amazing book, and i can’t recommend it more highly. so imagine my surprise when i received his new book ‘the food revolution’ in the mail today with a nice letter from mr. robbins himself!
it’s nice when people whom you admire also seem to admire you in return.
i’ll read ‘the food revolution’ over the next few days and let you know what i think about it. in the meantime, if you haven’t read ‘diet for a new america’ yet, you really should.
it’s amazing.
in the meantime, some little quotes…
