i went to see jesse malin perform last night at don hill’s.
and he was really great. it was just jesse with acoustic guitar and very lovely piano accompaniment, and the music was very vulnerable and emotional.
jesse will be opening up for ryan adams in europe over the next month, so if you get a chance to go and see him, please do.
and ask him about ‘heart attack’.
it’s funny that jesse is one of the owners of ‘niagara’ that, many many years ago, was a-7, a legendary hardcore club.
