we did an in-store at criminal records here in atlanta today.
i just wanted to say thanks to the v2/sony/bmg people who set
this up, as well as the fantastic people at criminal records
and all of the people who came to the in-store(especially daniel,
who had the rarest record of mine that i’ve ever seen…a german
test-pressing of ‘the brotherhood’ 12″…i didn’t even know it
existed).
although i live in mortal terror of in-stores(that no one will
show up and i’ll be like spinal tap with artie fufkin), i love
them when they go well, like the barnes-n-noble in-store
on tuesday, and today’s in-store at criminal records(and last
weeks fnac in-store in paris and the megastore in-store in
london).

got the word out about the in-store. atlanta is, in music
business parlance, a great radio city.
