I’m here in lima, waiting backstage to go out and perform (picture below). The venue is surrounded by dry, brown mountains, so it feels sort of like playing on another planet.
Tomorrow we get on the buddy holly plane and fly to brasilia. I’ve always wanted to go to brasilia, so expect lots of pictures of oscar niemayer buildings from me on saturday or sunday.
Lima is beautiful and I love peru. Next time I want to come back here as a tourist and join the other tourists and go to machu picchu.
