ok, if 6 months ago you had gone to a publisher/script-agent/producer and proposed a narrative wherein the 3rd world war was begun by an islamic reaction to a scandanavian cartoon…well, you probably would’ve been quickly shown the door.
but that’s seemingly what’s happening.

because of a cartoon?
forgive the potentially offensive parlance, but what the hell?
so we have iran who are saying that they won’t abide by u.n nuclear regulations, and the rest of the islamic world who are poised to riot because of a danish cartoon.
if it were a script it would be rejected for being too absurd.
