happy memorial day.
i was just looking at designs for the new world war two memorial that’s slated to be built in washington d.c. the irony is that the memorial, which is supposed to commemorate our victory over axis tyranny, looks like it was designed by albert speer, the official architect of the nazi party.
oh well. maybe they can get leni riefenstahl to make a little documentary on the construction of the memorial… and i feel sorry for all of the poor new yorkers who went to the beach for the long weekend, cos it’s been cold and rainy for the last 5 days.
again, oh well.
