tonight(saturday)i did a guest dj spot at the nasa re-wind anniversary party.
nasa was a club/collective in the early-mid nineties here in manhattan, and tonight was a reunion party with a lot of the original dj’s.
so i grabbed some of my favorite old-skool rave records(‘playing with knives’, ‘next is the e’, ‘voodoo ray’, etc)and had some fun smelling the smoke machine and listening to the music that i loved in the 90’s.
the party was/is scheduled to go until 8 a.m(if not later…), but i had to duck out early cos it was crowded and i tend to get a bit claustrophobic in crowds(cos i’m a woosie).
but from what i could tell it seemed like a great night, and i hope that everyone had a wonderful time.
