ok, it’s flu and cold season, so i thought that i’d offer my own personal recipe for beating the flu and staying healthy…
if you feel like you’re run-down or coming down with something take a thumb-sized piece of ginger and chop it into bits and put the bits in a mug.
then do the same with 2 cloves of garlic.
then pour boiling water over the ginger and garlic and add 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
let steep for 5-10 minutes.
strain out the ginger and garlic bits and drink the liquid.
it is very very hard to drink but very very good for you and will boost your immune system more than just about anything else.
