so here’s a funny little story:
last night i was having dinner with some friends and we started talking about the talking heads. i realized that it had been years since i’d listened to ‘fear of music’ (my favourite talking heads album) so i told everyone that after dinner i was going to go and buy ‘fear of music’. upon entering the record store i went to the row where ‘fear of music’ was and under the ‘fear of music’ placard was my album ‘play’.
now i’m listening to ‘fear of music’….that was such an exciting time in music. dirty nightclubs in new york…funky and atmospheric music…
sigh…

ok. time to go and make another lunch (i burned the spaghetti sauce on my first lunch while i was reminiscing about the dirty old days in nyc). boy, the talking heads song ‘heaven’ is so pretty. and ‘memories can’t wait’ is such a dirty and sexy song.
ok, time to make lunch again.
