you know, i really like touring.
well, certain aspects of touring. playing music.being with my band and crew. seeing nice places. and so on.
but this euro-touring period has been long (fun and good, but long), and now i’m a bit giddy cos we only have five more days left on this euro-tour.
in a relatively short period of time i will, god willing, be back in nyc and i’ll be able to eat at teany and make new music and maybe even exercise a little bit.

is it wrong to miss a restaurant more than you miss your friends?
i mean, i love my friends.
but boy do i miss teany. the food…
i will have to exercise when i get back to nyc cos when i eat at teany i eat. and eat. and eat.say…pan bagnia with pesto-pasta salad and maybe the soup of the day and the vegan chocolate cheesecake to finish things off.
and right before i left for this tour i discovered this framboise belgian beer that we sell. it is terrific. and our champagne bellinis, especially the raspberry bellini, are amazing.
so when i get back to teany i will eat and drink myself into a happy restaurant-owning stupor.
see, that’s why i’m giddy.
