so on monday december 1st i’m involved with and performing at a benefit/fundraising event for the ‘institute for music and neurologic function’.
the ‘imnf’ is a part of beth-abraham hospital here in nyc, and it was begun with dr. oliver sacks (of ‘awakenings’ fame).
and they do amazing work.

gwynneth paltrow’s hosting, and kevin bacon and vanessa carlton and a bunch of other people and i will be performing (i’ll be doing 2 or 3 songs, i think).
