i just received the 2005 statistics for moby.com.
here’s a fun fact, in 2005 moby.com received 34,000,000 hits.
that’s a lot of hits.
i also just saw the underworld movie(vampires, not born slippy or rez).
and about 1/2 way through i realized that it was a sequel.
i guess the thing that made me realize that it was a sequel was that i had absolutely no idea what was going on.
still, it had vampires and whatnot, and any movie with vampires is bound to pretty good, even if you have no idea who the characters are or why they interact with each other in the ways that they do.
or did.
and i saw a preview for a movie about some coal town that is haunted and that looked scary.
and a movie about slugs that looks awesome.
one of my 2005 resolutions is to say ‘awesome’ as much as possible.
oops, 2006.
i could go back and change ‘2005’ to ‘2006’ but that would involve looking backwards.
and i’m committed to the future.
