scene:
naked stripper wakes up in bed next to anonymous man.
she complains about having a hangover.
reaches for aspirin.
reaches for ru-486…
finds out she’s lying next to abe simpson. asks him ‘did we do it?’
he says ‘well you wouldn’t take “”i can’t”” as an answer’ she shudders.
he says, ‘come on baby, won’t you let honest abe have another term in the oval office?’
on television on a sunday at 8pm? outstanding.
‘won’t you let honest abe have another term in the oval office?’ has to be the best sexual euphemism that i’ve heard in months.
abe simpson, the never ending fount of great sayings and aphorisms.
such as:
‘just call me mint jelly, cos i’m on the lamb’
‘i’m gonna haul ass and go to lollapalooza’
‘whenever i have a question i just look in my underpants, they hold the answers to all of life’s mysteries’
i’m still amazed that the fox censors let the simpsons have a naked stripper make a reference to ru-486 at 8pm on a sunday night.
