republican representative randy duke today admitted to taking $2.4 million dollars in bribes.
are there any republicans who are not currently under investigation or being indicted or serving time in prison?
it would be schadenfreude to watch the republican machine crumble under it’s own weight of corruption and hubris and ineptitude if it weren’t so depressing.
and rather than come out and say, ‘members of our party are corrupt and need to go’, the republicans get all blustery and defensive and issue denials and then look like total fools when they end up getting indicted or going to jail.
