getting ready to leave ireland now. had a lovely time performing here. in some ways this was the last show of the ‘play’ tour, as the next time that we perform together as a band will be after the release of the next record.
assuming that the next record is ever finished. and assuming that the people in my band are benevolent enough to actually want to go out on tour with me again.
so now i’m sitting in my hotel suite by myself just waiting for the taxi to take me to the airport. and hopefully the flight will leave on time, cos i’m sleepy and i need to take some melatonin and try to sleep on the flight home.
and hopefully magic elves will be on the flight to magically build a water park on the plane, so that we can all wake up and go for a fun water-ride. and etc.
it’s so late/early. i look forward to being at home and being able to sleep in the same time zone for 4 months.
please, if anyone’s reading this, please don’t call me before 2pm for the next four months.
