one thing to watch on tuesday is the proposition in colorado that would essentially do away with the electoral college in colorado and apportion votes in a more democratic manner.
regardless of the outcome of this election i do hope that at some point the electoral college is tossed onto the dust-heap of history, as it’s a profoundly undemocratic way of choosing a commander in chief.
it would also be nice if d.c were granted statehood at some point.
there are fewer people in many states(wyoming, for example),
so why isn’t d.c a state?
maybe the citizens of washington d.c should sue for statehood…
