so, just to let you know, ‘southside’ is not included on the dvd because we were not allowed to include it.
i can’t really go into details, but suffice it to say that i was disappointed that we couldn’t include it on the dvd.
i’m still really proud of the dvd as it is, and i don’t think that the lack of ‘southside’ compromises the dvd very much at all.
and i hope that everyone who ends up owning it gets a lot of pleasure from it (is that presumptuous of me?).
i just went to see ‘final fantasy’, and as a sci-fi geek i have to say that it’s pretty remarkable.
the ‘g.i joe’ dialog is a bit weak at times, but the rest of the movie is so ambiguous and interesting. i’m so impressed that a big-budget summer blockbuster isn’t a low-brow, pandering piece of garbage.
the monsters in ‘f.f’ are so cool.
apparently they modelled them after electron-microscopy photos and also pictures of deep dwelling ocean fish.
ok, now it’s official, i’m a geek.
