so some people were saying that they were a bit miffed that we played a bunch of cover songs in milwaukee and chicago.
well, the only thing that i can say is that these were outdoor shows for thousands of people and they weren’t exactly the types of venues that we often play and we wanted to have some good old populist fun.
i thought that the ‘80% original songs/20% fun cover songs’ was a good balance for outdoor daytime 4th of july weekend shows, no?
