Journal / Chinese Food In Cabs

you know what’s glamorous?
well, i guess i should be honest and say: you know what’s not glamorous?
eating chinese food in the back of a taxi by yourself.
that’s what’s not glamorous.
today we finished rehearsal and i was right by zen palate so i bought some good and greasy chinese food and ate it in the back of the taxi on the ride home because:
a-i was hungry
b-i didn’t have enough time to actually eat a real meal.
and please don’t misunderstand what i’m saying in this very important journal entry, i enjoyed the food, and i’m not complaining.
i’m just saying that sitting in the back of the taxi trying to spread out my nice meal on the seat(no food actually touched the seat)felt odd.
i mean, a snack in a taxicab is one thing, but to actually eat an entire meal in the back of a taxi is kind of odd and possibly depressing.
meals are usually best when eaten with friends and family, and not necessarily by yourself in the back of a taxi during rush hour.
but it was still tasty.
and yes, this journal entry is kind of a complete waste of space. but now that i’m no longer cripplingly obsessed with politics i have to write about germaine and salient issues like chinese food in taxicabs.
ok it’s 2:45 a.m.
time for bed.
goodnight,
moby
