so we’re here in byron bay, and i have to say that it really is a remarkably beautiful place.
we went up to the lighthouse, and from the top you can see about 300 degrees of endless ocean.
we saw whales migrating in the distance. we saw big sharks(10 feet?)swimming in the surf. we saw rays(small manta rays, i think).
all just from standing up on the cliffs and looking into the ocean.
tomorrow i think i might go snorkelling so that i can try to see these things up close.
i hope that i don’t encounter any ferocious sharks that have developed a taste for free-range vegans.
ok, time to go to splendor in the grass(the festival where we’re playing).
