poll: bush approval ratings hit all-time low

new york, new york —the latest cbs news poll finds president bush’s approval rating has fallen to an all-time low of 34 percent, while pessimism about the iraq war has risen to a new high.
americans are also overwhelmingly opposed to the bush-backed deal giving a dubai-owned company operational control over six major u.s. ports. seven in 10 americans (70 percent), including 58 percent of republicans, say they’re opposed to the agreement.
it also mentioned, later in the ariticle, that dick cheney’s approval rating is hovering at a very impressive 18%.
could it be that americans are finally waking up and becoming aware of just how inept and disastrous this administration happens to be?
