so to clarify, tickets for the december 15th show were going to be made available to the general public after 2 weeks of only being available to people on the moby.com boards. but after being on sale for 2 weeks all of the tickets were sold out to boardies, so there are no tickets being made available to the general public, because, well, there aren’t any more tickets for sale.
so thanks to everyone’s response this will be a ‘boardies only’ show(well, i might invite some friends and family from nyc, too).
‘hello my name is _____’ nametags might be a good idea…

thanks for making the ‘i’m going to nyc for the december 15th boardie show’ list, snooks.
i really do encourage anyone who plans on coming to get their tickets now.
after 2 weeks we have to make the tickets available to the general public, and as it’s a small venue i think it’ll probably sell out relatively quickly.
so please, get your tickets now so that you can come and have fun in nyc in december.
and also, i believe that the ticket price will go up once
it’s made available to the general public.
and once again,, my proceeds from this show will go to the ‘institute for music and neurologic function’ at beth-abraham hospital.
thanks, and see you soon,

so like i said, information about the december 15th show will be forthcoming in the next week or so. we’re still trying to secure 2 locations for the same night. the first location will be for an early-ish(8pm?)acoustic
show.
and the second location will be for a dj set(midnight or so?). laura and daron and luci have agreed to do it, and hopefully scott will come as well.
as soon as i have any definite information i’ll let you know here.
i’m in brussels now with a day off.
what does one do with a day off?
we just arrived and it’s 7 a.m, so i think that part of my day off will be spent sleeping in a bed that’s not moving.
at least that is my hope.
