i wonder if i’ll get in trouble…
when i accepted my billboard awards yesterday i opted not to thank anyone but instead encouraged everyone listening/watching to go and see ‘bowling for columbine’.
now i know that fox-news is a pretty reliable mouthpiece for the extreme right, so i wonder if my little acceptance speech will be aired…
i also expressed my surprise at being presented with the awards by darrel from run dmc, because the truth is that i should be presenting him with awards. it feels very odd when one of your musical heroes is presenting you with awards.
‘bowling for columbine’ is far from a perfect movie, but the good parts of ‘bowling for columbine’ are just stunning and michael moore certainly deserves that accolades that he’s received for making this movie.
