it’s february 29th and i’m sure that the weather will turn cold again but today it is springtime.
it’s sunny and the air smells like spring and it’s warm and even if it does get cold and snowy and sleety again between now and summer it’s still beautiful outside right now.
new yorkers are looking around as if they’re in the eye of a hurricane.
weather journal entries are mundane, i know.
but today is gorgeous so i felt compelled to dip my toe back into the pool of mundane weather journal entries.
i refuse to use the word ‘blog’.
is ‘weblog’ so hard to say or write that people need to abbreviate it to ‘blog’?
why not ‘journal’?
that’s a nice word, right?
nicer than ‘blog’.
it’s beautiful outside.
