one of my goals with the moby.com boards is to never ban anything or anyone.
i don’t encourage people to be arbitratily offensive, but i don’t want to ban anyone for anything they’ve posted, even if it’s egregiously offensive.
i’d rather we all behave like adults, and ignore the posts that are offensive solely in the interest of trying to incur our ire and wrath.
i want the moby.com boards to be self-regulating.
your offensive might not be my offensive.
and vice versa.
that’s why, as difficult as it might be at times, i’d like for the moby.com boards to remain a completely and comprehensively uncensored place.
if you’re offended by something, just ignore it.
that’s usually more effective than trying to ban or censor things.
