i know that on occasion some friends and acquaintances of mine look at these updates. so i’ll use this forum for a bit of direct communication.
there’s something wrong with my email (someone sent me a screwed up attachment that’s blocking all of my other emails), and as a result i can’t read or respond to any of the emails that have been sent to me over the last few days.
apart from that…nuthin’..i’m about to go out and do laundry and buy socks. really. i’m not just sitting here thinking, ‘what mundane tasks can i invent so as to seem pathetic.’ i’m really on my way out the door to do laundry and buy socks. i have this little problem with socks…i get annoyed with bad socks. you know, socks where the stitching rubs against your toes and gives you blisters, or socks that are too thin, or socks that just feel wrong. perhaps i fancy myself to be somewhat of a sock connosieur…
and there are these grey tube socks that i bought at a truck stop in north carolina that are sock-perfect. but i haven’t found them anywhere else.
so i’m off on a quest…to find the perfect socks.
