Journal / back in nyc

boy, the news media must hate when there’s nothing going on that’s big and newsworthy.
2 of todays ny times lead stories are about the supreme court looking at congressional spending limits during campaigns, and aging baseball players.
woo hoo, that’s some sexy news, huh.
i’m back in nyc for a few days, and it’s autumn and the weather is beautiful and new york is seeming like the most perfect city on the planet.
we’re just now finishing up the ‘hotel: live’ dvd, but i still don’t know when it’ll be released.
probably the beginning of 2006.
and it’ll have the slight return of mr. fish(whom we all know and love, apparently).
i wouldn’t be surprised if at some point mr. fish’s ascending career outshines my own.
he was born to greatness, was our mr. fish.
ok, goodnight.

Journal / Back in NYC

hi,
just got back into nyc for the webster hall show tomorrow.

i haven’t had interweb access for a while, so that’s why it’s been a few days since i’ve written an update.

and now that i’m home and i have interweb access and a fully functioning computer…and i’m drawing a blank.
possibly due to lack of sleep.

so maybe i’ll go to sleep and then when i wake up i’ll be full of things that i want to write about.

until then, sleep well.
